The sound stopped overnight

iPhone: turn off Low Power Mode, check the output (a sleeping Bluetooth speaker or headphones will stop the sound), keep the phone plugged in. Android: open Dozefan → Settings → “If the sound stopped” and set Dozefan to “Don't optimise” in battery settings; on Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, OnePlus and others also remove it from “sleeping apps” (step-by-step guide: dontkillmyapp.com).

Restore purchases

Settings → Restore purchases (iOS: with the same Apple ID; Android: with the same Google account).

Cancel a subscription

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dozefan. Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dozefan.

Siri & Shortcuts

Try “Hey Siri, play Box Fan in Dozefan for 45 minutes.” You can also add Dozefan actions in the Shortcuts app.
